“Sources are telling the FOX Business Network that the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, is looking into these claims. Is it a new part of the investigation – remember they already have an investigation going on about Ackman – his claims about Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) – he thinks it’s a pyramid scheme. He thinks it’s a stock that essentially the company is not disclosing the true nature of its value. He’s been in contact with the SEC. That investigation is ongoing and from what I understand they are looking at these claims that he believes that there’s stock manipulation here.”
