Samsung Teases Another Galaxy S4 Ad

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (LON:BC94) (KRX:005930) just released the second part of their ad for the upcoming Galaxy S4 smartphone. The series of ads features a secret messenger named Jeremy. In the first advertisement, Jeremy looks inside a box (which is supposed to house the next generation Galaxy S smartphone) and runs back to his home with the box. He then sits at a desk and a message at the end of the video says “to be continued”.

The second part of the advertisement shows Jeremy being hounded by his neighbor as she thinks the package is for her. Jeremy finally gets away and sneaks up to his room with his where he closes the curtains. He then tells his dog, “It’s pretty irresistible.  You should see what’s inside. It will blow you away.”

He later adds that the item in his box is his favorite color. The Galaxy S3 is currently available in just two colors including pebble blue and white. This ad ends with the same to be continued message.

On Thursday, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (LON:BC94) (KRX:005930) will introduce the Samsung S4 smartphone. The rumours for the new phone include eight-core Exynos processor, a separate graphics core processor, 4.9 9 inch Super Amoled display, 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixel back camera and 1080p video capability, 2-megapixel front facing camera, and 4.2.2. Android Jelly Bean operating system. Another possible feature for the Samsung Galaxy S4 is the floating touch display. This particular feature was first discovered on Sony Xperia Sola, and it enables users to control their screen without actually touching it. This technology allows users to scroll through a website using hand movements, it might also allow users to move the  page with their eyes.

There is also another rumor that the new smartphone might feature a new display called, “green PHOLED” which is an eco-friendly version of the AMOLED display. So far, none of these rumors have been confirmed.
