Robert Shiller, a professor at Yale University and co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values, talks about the outlook for the U.S. housing market. Shiller is not convinced that housing is definitely turning around. Shiller says housing Long-term outlook is `fuzzy.’ Shiller spoke to Bloomberg TV recently about why he is skeptical.
