What analysts feel?

John Jackson, an analyst from IDC said that Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) has ample opportunity to increase its portfolio and the hardware should be one to attract buyers.

Analyst Ross Rubin of Reticle Research said that from a technology point of view Blackberry Z10 and Q10 are not the most dominating. He also echoed that Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) should give due importance to hardware. “Hopefully they can focus a little more attention back on the hardware side,” he said.

Roger Entner, from Recon Analytics said that the new phone should have the OS10 and should come over the previous issues in order to allure developer and consumer. “I personally think only one company can pull off annual iteration on the software side, and that’s Apple,” he said. “Everybody else needs to have at least two.”

Blackberry 9720

Other model from Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) to watch for is 9720, which is similar to Blackberry 9700 with certain updates to catch up with the trend, in 2013, and other BB10 phones.
