After speaking with our legal counsel we have decided to remove the post. We do not normally remove content unless there is a copyright infringement claim, which is backed by valid arguments. ONVO’s legal team claimed that the report contained too much information to make the content from ONVO fall into the category of fair use. We have never experienced this (nor has our legal counsel) and strongly disagree with the argument. However, to prevent further escalation and in the spirit of co-operating with ONVO we have decided to remove the content, as requested by the company.
