Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE:NOK) (BIT:NOK1V) (HEL:NOK1V) is expected to introduce six new devices during its special event dubbed Nokia World in Abu Dhabi on October 22, according to a report from The Verge based on information obtained from an anonymous source familiar with the issue.

There have been speculations that Nokia Corporation (NYSE:NOK) (BIT:NOK1V) (HEL:NOK1V) will reveal its Lumia 1520, the largest Windows Phone 8 device equipped with a 6-inch display.

According to the report, it is also possible that the Finnish technology company will showcase the highly rumored Lumia 2520 Windows RT tablet, which is code-named Sirius. Some people speculated that the Lumia 2520 is a hybrid tablet powered by Windows 8.1 RT.

Speculators also observed that the name of the Lumia 1520 was also based on the screen size of the device because a 6-inch is equivalent to 15 millimeters.

Based on leaked specifications of the Lumia 2520, the hybrid tablet is integrated with a Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 6.7 mega-pixel camera with Carl Zeis lens. It comes with a keyboard dock and built-in extended battery module.

The Finnish technology company recently agreed to sell its Devices and Services business, including its Asha and Lumia smartphone brands, to Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) for €5.4 billion.
