Netflix focusing on 4K TVs

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) launched this service to all users just before the Breaking Bad finale, and is further looking to focus on the launch of Ultra HD streaming for those investing in 4K TVs.

Time Warner Cable accusations

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s set top box subscribers can also access the features of updated Netflix HD. Netflix has been making improvements in its services to Apple TV, and prior to this added 1080 p streaming apart from automated billing through iTunes, in 2012.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) is also working on its Netflix Open Connect, which is an optimized video content delivery network.  Netflix offers free of cost service to ISPs, but could not get the signature of some of the service providers. Time Warner Cable Inc (NYSE:TWC) cried foul when it said that Netflix has limited its Super HD to those ISPs who have signed the Netflix Open Connect. Further, Warner cable also accused Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ:NFLX) of not opening some content for ISPs as it wants preferential treatment.
