Apple fans are eagerly looking forward to the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus that are set to arrive next month. But some concept designers have already started imagining what the iPhone 7 would look like. Now designer Vuk Nemanja Zoraja has come up with an exciting iPhone 7 rendering with a slim and bezel-less design. It also has a smart cover to protect the screen.
iPhone 7 with Xenon flash
ConceptsiPhone (via BGR) has posted a YouTube video of Vuk Nemanja Zoraja’s concept. The concept phone feature a 5-inch Corning Gorilla Glass 4 display without bezels. Zoraja has relocated the power button to the bottom right of the phone. ConceptsiPhone shows the device in four color options: silver, gold and white, gold and black, and space gray.
A Xenon flash has replaced the dual-LED flash to offer better low-light imaging capabilities. This iPhone 7 concept imagines the device with a main camera capable of 4K video recording and Optical Image Stabilization. Check out the video below:
Will iPhone 7 feature a sapphire display?
Last month, designers Ivo Maric and Tomislav Rastovac came up with an iPhone 7 concept that suggested that the next year’s phone could draw inspiration from the iPhone 4. Launched in 2010, the classic iPhone 4 was well received by consumers. However, designers said that the iPhone 7 could also be influenced by some design elements of the iPhone 5 and iPhone 6.
Ivo Maric and Tomislav Rastovac pointed out that the iPhone 7 could feature a sapphire glass display. Apple had tried to incorporate sapphire display in the last year’s iPhone 6, but its sapphire supplier failed to produce high-quality sapphire in large quantities. What’s more, the Cupertino-based tech giant has already used sapphire in the Apple Watch.
The iPhone 7 is unlikely to arrive until late 2016. Earlier this month, Apple partner Foxconn reached an agreement with the Indian state of Maharashtra to set up three manufacturing facilities with an investment of $5 billion in the state. The agreement sparked speculations that the iPhone 7 could be assembled in India. Foxconn has pledged to set up 10-12 manufacturing facilities across India over the next five years.
