The front-facing camera occupies a large space on the top left corner, which some Apple fans may not like. The next-gen iPhone having a front camera as powerful as the main camera will be in line with the selfie culture. The camera has an advanced lens system that allows for zooming for more creative options. The device has a sleek design. It boasts of a molded sapphire glass casing, and is waterproof.

Major’s iPhone 7 concept includes a ring flash on the back. It replaces the flash in iPhone 6S with a flashlight that comes out of the ring on the borders to yield “evenly lit, professional looking photographs. He imagines the device in five color options: rose gold, silver, space gray, blue and titanium. Apple has not said anything about its next-gen flagship model. But consumers and analysts expect the company to unveil the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in September this year.

iPhone 7 to feature wireless charging

The iPhone 7 has been in the rumor mill for months. Apple will reportedly remove the 3.5mm headphone jack from the upcoming iPhone to reduce its thickness to just 6mm. Users will have to rely on Bluetooth and Lightning port-compatible headphones. The iPhone 7 is also said to get rid of the protruding rear camera and antenna bands. Analysts expect the device to be dustproof and waterproof.

One of the biggest highlights of the iPhone 7 would reportedly be long-distance wireless charging. Apple is rumored to have partnered with Energous to incorporate the latter’s WattUp wireless charging technology in the iPhone 7. WattUp can charge a device from a distance of up to 15 feet.
