Everyone who’s got anything to sell is taking part in the Black Friday 2017 shopping extravaganza, even those you might not usually think of when it comes to holiday shopping. After all, it’s pretty difficult to give someone else apps or digital media, and there’s no fun of unwrapping a physical present. However, these Google Play Black Friday deals will let you get a little something for yourself.

Premium games included in Google Play Black Friday deals

In a blog post today, Alphabet announced its Google Play Black Friday deals, which span pretty much every category in the app store. The sales run through November 27 in certain markets, which means they cover Cyber Monday as well.

For avid gamers who are really into apps on their phone or tablet, Google Play is offering up to 80% off the price of many premium games. Here are some of the games that are on sale:

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies
  • LEGO Jurassic World
  • Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions
  • LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin
  • Shadow Fight 2 Special Edition
  • Ticket to Ride

This isn’t the complete list of games included in the Google Play Black Friday deals. If you like gaming on your mobile device, this is an excellent time to explore and discover a new favorite.

In addition to saving money on the games themselves, this year’s Google Play Black Friday deals include discounts on some in-app purchases or other goodies, such as unlimited lives and power-ups for Gardenscapes and Homescapes. You may also find other sales, so feel free to share them with your fellow readers in the comment sections at the bottom.

Music, movies, TV and books included in the Google Play Black Friday deals

Other than games, other types of apps are also on sale. For example, Google Play is offering 50% off a monthly subscription to Colorfy.

If you’ve been wanting to try out Google Play Music, the company is also offering a free four-month subscription for a limited time. That’s twice as long as the standard trial subscription, so it’s certainly a good deal. Google Play Music offers ad-free music streamed on your devices any time.

The Google Play Black Friday deals also include deep discounts on movies and TV shows. The company is offering 50% of any one movie purchase and 25% off any one TV season purchase, starting on November 23. On November 25 (Saturday) only, you can rent any movie for only 99 cents for the day.

Google Play is also offering a credit of $5 that can be used on the purchase of any book with a price tag of more than $5. Additionally, deep discount on some popular titles will start on November 23, and the prices of some omnibus comics books will be slashed to $5 or less only on November 25.
