The new Galaxy S6 teaser video says, “Metals will flow. Borders will disappear. Colors will live. Reflections will be free”

Samsung has recently posted a number of teasers for its Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge smartphones. Past leaks and teasers have confirmed that the Korean company will launch two versions of its next flagship smartphone: one with the standard display and another with a dual-edge display. The phones will debut in less than a week at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Barcelona on March 1.

The Uncarrier will offer Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge

Now T-Mobile CEO John Legere offers a detailed look at ‘The Next Galaxy.’ Lagere tweeted Sunday evening that the Uncarrier will be offering Samsung’s next big thing. T-Mobile CEO provided a link that takes you to a signup page on the telecom carrier’s website. The page with the punchline “Six Appeal” offers a clear picture of the Galaxy S6 Edge’s curved display.

The dark gray metal on the backside suggests that Samsung has done away with the plastic and fake leather. The signup page urges visitors to come back on March 1st to learn more about the devices. Separately, Samsung has posted a new 45-second YouTube video and a profile photo on Instagram. Both confirm many of the rumored specifications.

The Galaxy S6 profile photo on Instagram has a metallic wallpaper theme, suggesting that the devices will have an all-metal chassis. The YouTube video proclaims, “Metals will flow. Borders will disappear. Colors will live. Reflections will be free.” This description points to a curved display, an all-metal design, and an anti-reflective display.

Galaxy S6 to come with an intelligent camera

The Galaxy S6 and its Edge variant are expected to feature a 5.1-inch display, 3GB RAM, 20-megapixel main camera, 5MP front camera, 2600mAh battery, and Android Lollipop. Earlier this month, the Korean company teased in an official blog post that the new devices will have an “intelligent” camera that will do “all the thinking for users.”

The South Korean company has already begun mass production of its latest 64-bit Exynos 7 processor that will be based on 14nm FinFET technology. The new chip will consume 35% less battery while increasing the processing speed by 20% compared to the Galaxy S5.
