Almost all the major gadget launches of the year are over, and now all eyes are fixed on the next big smartphone, the Galaxy S5. The rumor mill is abuzz with Galaxy S5 features, prices and release dates. But EvLeaks said in a tweet that the Korean electronics giant and AT&T Inc (NYSE:T) are internally testing a flagship Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd (LON:BC94) (KRX:005930) handset with model no. SM-G900A, which could well be the Galaxy S5.
In the past, we have already seen several different model numbers of Galaxy S5 through media leaks and rumors. Such as SM-900S and SM-900A. Ltd (LON:BC94) (KRX:005930) may announce the device at Consumer Electronics Show, while others say it is likely to be launched at the Mobile World Congress. Whatever the launch date, the device is likely to hit the markets in the first quarter of next year.

The Galaxy S5 is expected to sport some mind-boggling features such as a 64-bit octa-core Exynos processor, 5.2-inch screen, metal body, 16MP camera with ISOCELL technology and the latest Android 4.4 Kit Kat. Other rumors suggest that the Galaxy S5 would sport a Quad HD (QHD) screen that has four times more resolution than a normal smartphone, and equal to the 2560×1440 resolution of 27-inch iMac.
