One of the main features of the event was the news that the flagship 27-inch iMac will now feature a high-resolution, high-DPI screen, which runs at 5120×2880. The iMac is the latest in a series of Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) products to become available with Retina screens.

The standard iMac comes with hybrid SSD/HDD 1TB Fusion Drive, a 3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor, AMD Radeon R9 M290X graphics, and 8GB of memory. It is possible to upgrade to 32GB of memory, a 3TB Fusion Drive, or up to 1TB SSD, as well as a 4 GHZ Intel Core i7, one of the fastest CPU chips on the market. It is 45% faster than the previous model in terms of graphics, and features a Thunderbolt 2 port for faster IO.

The new product will start at $2499, shipping from today.

The same man who put him there offered him a job lecturing for the University of Wales in various sister universities throughout the Middle Kingdom. While primarily lecturing in descriptive and comparative statistics, Brendan simultaneously earned an Msc in Banking and International Finance from the University of Wales-Bangor.
