Dear Directors and Agency Employees:
American taxpayers are fed-up to their eyeballs with the questionable management practices, malfeasance and corruption that litter the recent history of the Bureau of Land Management ('BLM').
And it's wasting tens of $-millions of tax dollars annually; money that could be used far more effectively by employing genuine science, as opposed to crafted fictions to serve an agenda.
Does the term 'fiduciary duty' mean anything anymore? Having the so-called science from what can be argued as 'bought and paid for' results to serve an agenda is not fact, and fire-walling the agency personnel in this manner is not legitimate. It's common knowledge here in the west coast that mountain lions, bears and wolves all kill and eat wild horses.
So why on earth would the BLM sit in front the U.S. Congress and present a so-called management plan that claims "wild horses have no natural predators..." ? Why? It's a fraud and it's a crime.
The BLM now arguably ranks as credible as a used car dealer as a result of all the malfeasance and provable misrepresentations that have been made to the American People and their elected representatives, including Congress.
Both the public and their elected officials depend upon agency personnel to provide genuine facts, not a bunch of made-up myths that serve the agenda of a very few for-profit people. And the use of tax dollars by government employees to knowingly craft and then distribute falsehoods is in fact a crime.
Isn't it way past due for the BLM to shape-up and start representing the best interests of the majority of American taxpayers, their public lands, and all the wildlife thereon, instead of managing our publicly-owned resources (including *wildlife) in a manner that favors a minuscule fraction of American taxpayers, who greatly profit via their favoritism with the BLM?
The corruption and malfeasance at the BLM now arguably tops any other government agency...
This must change now. And I call upon all of the recipients of this email to join together to bring this issue to the attention of the American media so we can start shinning the light of truth into what has become a very dark and ugly place.
Here are just three of many examples I could make, one concerns the recent blatant misrepresentation made to the Congress of the United States, and a corrupt BLM employee from the Medford, Oregon District Office:

3) The BLM made a material misrepresentation to the Congress of the Unites States of America in their 2018 'Report To Congress Management Options For A Sustainable Wild Horse And Burro Program', where on page-1, paragraph 5 of the Executive Summary the BLM wrote:
"Wild horses and burro have no natural predators...".
That statement ('no natural predators') is absolutely false in the face of wildlife ecology and evolution (what we call 'science'). Mountain lions, bears, wolves, and coyotes all kill and eat the foals and adult wild horses as their natural prey. In California, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has opined that wild horses are 'wildlife' and a 'native species' [1].

*[1] The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in California recognized wild horses as native species, explaining that BLM “establishes Appropriate Management Levels (“AMLs”) for populations of native species – including wild horses, burros, and other wildlife – and introduced animals, such as livestock.” In Defense of Animals, et al. v. U.S. Dept. Interior, et al., No. 12-17804, *6 (9th Cir. May 12, 2014). On Sep 28, 2011 (See Craters AR at 16698. Memorandum Decision & Order) the court addressed “sensitive” species pursuant to BLM’s 2001 Special Status Species Policy. This Policy requires that “sensitive” species be afforded, at a minimum, the same protections as candidate species for listing under the ESA. It called on BLM managers to “obtain and use the best available information deemed necessary to evaluate the status of special status species in areas affected by land use plans …” See Policy at § 6840.22A. Under the Policy, those land use plans “shall be sufficiently detailed to identify and resolve significant land use conflicts with special status species without deferring conflict resolution to implementation-level planning.”
