New Lamborghini Concept Resembles a More Futuristic Batmobile

Updated on

When Batman movies first debuted and featured the Batmobile, Bruce Wayne’s future-proof vehicle, people thought car concepts couldn’t get better than that. We’ve seen various improvements over the Batmobile with each new Batman release, but now a new Lamborghini concept revealed ahead of the World Finals of the 2019 FIA Certified Gran Turismo Championship in Monte Carlo, Monaco shows that concepts can get even better.

Lamborghini revealed its own version of the Batmobile, featuring all its significant elements like the winged rear, a lot of grills and the profile of a racing machine. It’s no secret that a car this premium is more than the average car buyer can afford, although Bruce Wayne may be interested in this particular upgrade.

However, the new Lamborghini concept is merely a concept, and although it won’t become commercially available in the future, CNET reports that the company wants to see how far it can go in producing cars in the future, saying it serves as an exercise to see where the firm could take its design language in the future. Perhaps a future Lamborghini car may look almost as futuristic.

The Lamborghini concept features a single-seater supercar, with the company focusing on detailing its cockpit and emphasizing the efforts on its design. It features wedge shapes which seem to highlight that the most important point of its innovative design is where the driver sits.

The newly-revealed Lambo V12 Vision GT will be available in the new version of Gran Turismo on the PS4, and while it’s intended mostly for digital use, there are some real-life elements in it. The game version is equipped with a hybrid powertrain which will ship in the upcoming Sian FKP 37 with its 12-cylinder engine. The upcoming car will also boast a supercapacitor, which will be used to maintain better efficiency and power. Additionally, 819 horsepower will be produced by the V12 Vision GT for the Gran Turismo game.

Even though the new Lamborghini concept seems to be out of reach should as far as production goes, everyone who will play Gran Turismo Sport, which will be released in the beginning of spring 2020, will have fun using this car.

What do you think about the new Lamborghini concept? Would you get it if you had the money, or would you prefer Tesla’s Cybertruck, which was revealed last week?
