T-Mobile Is Giving A Free 50″ Samsung 4K TV With Galaxy Phone

Updated on

If you missed the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, don’t worry; T-Mobile and Samsung still have something to offer. The latest T-Mobile deal offers a 50-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV for free, while Samsung has kicked off a 12 Days of Deals event.

This T-Mobile deal gets you a free 50-inch 4K Smart TV

T-Mobile is giving away a free 50-inch 4K Smart TV with the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy device. You must buy the new phone on an equipment installment plan (EIP) and add a second voice service line to an existing plan. If you are a new customer, you can get the T-Mobile deal by adding two voice lines, the carrier says.

“Who doesn’t want to avoid the crazy lines AND the stress that comes with them? With free TVs and Netflix On Us, the Un-carrier is giving you another reason to enjoy being home for the holidays and binge those holiday shows with friends and family,” T-Mobile CEO John Legere said.

This T-Mobile deal is surely an attractive one if you are planning to buy a new Samsung Galaxy phone. Moreover, the T-Mobile One plan offers several freebies in addition to unlimited talk, text and data. The included Netflix on Us plan is a two-screen subscription to the streaming service provider. Further, you get unlimited texting to 210 countries, free Wi-Fi on selected flights, a one-year subscription to MLB.tv and more.

How to take advantage of the deal

The T-Mobile deal is valid on the purchase of a Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Active. Three days after you buy any of these new Galaxy phones, you will get a redemption code for the free 50-inch TV. You will have to visit the store to claim your free TV, which will then be shipped to your address.

T-Mobile has not detailed which TV model it will be giving for free. However, even on sale, a 50-inch 4K TV costs more than $400. The free TV could be from Samsung’s 2018 entry-level NU6900 or NU7100 series TVs.

According to the company, the deal will start Nov. 30. Although T-Mobile gave no end date, it did say the deal is for a “limited” time. Not every T-Mobile store will offer the promotion, so call before you visit any store.

AT&T is also continuing its own offers on the Galaxy phones. AT&T’s Gifts of Galaxy promotion, which debuted on Cyber Monday, is still on. As of yesterday, it offered Galaxy Note 9, S9, S9+, and S8 Active buyers a Samsung Wireless Charger Duo, which costs $120 separately. The offer is valid on an AT&T Next or AT&T Next Every Year installment agreement. On Cyber Monday, AT&T offered a massive ultra-high-definition television for free.

Samsung has kicked off its 12 Days of Deals event starting today. The company will offer new deals each day on gadgets, bundles and more. Each new deal will last a day, and then the next deal starts at 12:01 a.m. Eastern. Samsung hopes this will keep you checking its website for a deal that may be of interest to you.
