Everyone was more than looking forward to the update. Unfortunately, the original iOS 11 came with more errors and issues than one could count. The engineers and other technical support were extremely busy collecting the information about the bugs and issues and going through the tickets by unsatisfied users. You will agree that iOS 11 wasn’t everyone’s cup of cake and many users wanted to roll back to the closest signed version – iOS 10.3.3. That being said, Apple had to act quickly in order to fix those problems and enable their new operating system to be a reliable and secure environment for the users.
iOS 11.0.2 is not a major update. However, it feels major for everyone experiencing the problems it aims to fix. It delivers general bug fixes, improvements to the system, and more importantly, it delivers security-focused enhancements. Based on the patch notes released by Apple, we see that the most joyful users will be the owners of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.

Users of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus had experienced some unnerving crackling sounds when making phone calls. After thorough testing which included using external speaker and headphones, it was concluded that the problem was in the firmware.
