WeWork Adds Unomy To Acquisition Streak

Co-working giant WeWork has picked up Unomy, marking its fifth M&A deal ever and third this year, per the PitchBook Platform. Unomy’s sales and marketing intelligence platform is designed to help businesses connect with new customers. Based in Tel Aviv, the startup had raised equity funding from Altair Capital, JANVEST Capital Partners and Leta Capital, among others.

WeWork plans to integrate Unomy's platform, which it's been using for about a year, into its current systems and add Unomy's team to its enterprise sales unit. In addition, the Unomy team will help streamline WeWork's sales processes, build sales intelligence infrastructure, and close member prospects in a bid to boost WeWork's use by enterprise clients, a market that currently represents 30% of its sales and 20% of its 130,000 clients worldwide.
