In recent months, we have been engaged with Christophe Aurand in discussions regarding his long-term role at the Firm. Presently, Christophe, head of York Capital Management’s London office, is still with the Firm. The discussions with him have been both constructive and challenging, and are ongoing. We are disappointed that anonymous sources have presented an exaggerated and inaccurate description of those discussions to certain members of the media.
