“The Dodd-Frank Act and Financial Reform: What Next?” PANEL 1: “The Financial Regulatory Reform Agenda in 2017” Sam Hanson, Harvard Business School The Dodd-Frank Act of 2010 transformed U.S. financial regulation in the wake of the 2008 Financial Crisis. Today, its future is uncertain. This conference brings together leading experts in financial regulation from law, finance, economics, and policy to examine the future of Dodd-Frank and to reflect on what’s next for financial regulation in the U.S. The second annual Central Banking and Financial Regulation Conference was held at Vanderbilt Law School on March 24-25, 2017.
