Okay, I saw this press release in my inbox this morning and I got super excited but figured there must be a hidden catch – well it turns out if you pay your bills on time and are addicted to Amazon this is an AMAZING credit card. Amazon announced that Amazon Prime Rewards Visa would come with 5 percent back on all Amazon purchase, 2 percent at select places like gas stations and one percent on all other purchases. Plus there is a $70 sign up bonus and there is no cap on rewards, no fees etc. Fidelity Rewards card is 2% unlimited that is the only credit card i know which comes close to this. I already signed up for this card and plan to use it for most of my personal shopping. I hope Amazon does not scale back the rewards because this seems too good to be true.
