The prices were leaked by Chinese-language publication Anzhuo.cn. According to the leak, Apple will bump up the storage capacity to 32GB, 128GB and 256GB. Anzhuo.cn says the 32GB of the 4.7-inch iPhone will cost CNY 5,288; the 128GB version is priced at CNY 6,088; while the 256GB version will cost CNY 7,088. It means the 32GB and 128GB versions of the iPhone 7 will cost the same as 16GB and 64GB iPhone 6S. Even for the bigger 256GB iPhone 7, Apple is increasing the price by only CNY 200 ($30) compared to the 128GB iPhone 6S.

The 5.5-inch model will cost CNY 6,088 for 32GB variant, CNY 6,888 for the 128GB model, and CNY 7,888 for the 256GB model. Here too, the prices of 32GB and 128GB iPhone 7 Plus are the same as last year’s 16GB and 64GB iPhone 6S Plus. And the price of the 256GB iPhone 7 Plus is only CNY 100 higher than the 128GB iPhone 6S Plus. This is a significant price cut by Apple.

The Plus variant will also get a dual-camera system to capture better images. The new iPhones are said to come with wireless headphones called AirPods.
