Here’s An iPhone 7 Plus In Action. Check It Out [VIDEO]

There was a time when Apple used to maintain secrecy around its upcoming products that would surprise users upon unveiling. But the rumor mill and tipsters have become so good at revealing details of the upcoming Apple products that the company may have few surprises left to reveal at the next week’s event. For the first time, a tipster with proven track record has posted a video of a working iPhone 7 Plus in the wild.

iPhone 7 Plus won’t get the Smart Connector

The video was posted on Twitter by Sonny Dickson, who made a splash with several accurate iPhone 6 and 6 Plus leaks in 2014. He tweeted out the video without any text. It shows three rose gold iPhone 7 Plus units placed side by side. The footage shows the home screen and the quick settings page with one motion of a finger. The device shown in the video is turned on and functioning.

Right before the end of the footage, one of the three phones is turned to its back. It confirms the presence of the much-rumored dual-lens camera that will take two images and merge them to give users a high-quality image. However, there is no iPad-like Smart Connector on the back. Apple was rumored to incorporate the Smart Connector in the Plus version of its upcoming device.

Apple to launch iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in ‘Gloss Black’

Earlier this week, another leak confirmed that Apple will double the storage capacity of the new iPhones. That means instead of 16GB, 64GB and 128GB, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be available in 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options. The new iPhones are said to arrive in five different colors, including a “Gloss Black” that will be similar to the 2013 Mac Pro.

The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will run an A10 processor and iOS 10 operating system. The Plus variant is rumored to feature 3GB RAM to support additional features like the dual camera. Apple is removing the 3.5mm headphone jack, and will launch wireless headphones called AirPods. Apple is expected to start taking pre-orders for the new iPhones on September 9.
