The leak comes from LlabTooFeR, a popular HTC leaker. They were credited with the leak of the Forbes article which spoke of the cameras and OS of the forthcoming Google smartphone. LlabTooFeR also confirmed that Google Pixel smartphones would run off the Android 7.1 OS, but the latest leak, a screenshot of the device’s home page, gives a better insight to the Google Pixel Launcher.

From the images, the Pixel Launcher has a clean and refined look; a great improvement on the previous Google Now Launcher. The highly anticipated release date is said to be October 4th, and based on a recent report from Fobes, it is expected that the 32GB Pixel will cost in the region of $449, while the 32GB Pixel XL will cost $150 more, around $559.

The Google Pixel Launcher will be a real merit for the Pixel smartphone line. This exclusive feature would keep them ahead of the pack, with a more premium prestige when compared with other Android. The Snapdragon 821 processor from Qualcomm is said to be featured on the Google Pixel and Pixel XL. Additionally, Google are also expected to launch their own line of smartwatches to compete with Apple underwhelming line. It is not known if the smartwatches will be announced at the same event, though it has been confirmed that production is underway, with more announcements expected in the coming weeks.
