Even millennials are still perplexed by their own generation, including themselves. Just because there is a lot being written about Gen Y in the media does not mean that anyone really understands anything. The reality is that millennials were not shaped by just three TV channels – their culture stems from access to millions of different websites and Youtube channels, unfiltered points of view, a wealth of diversity, and recent world events.
