Massive Fire Breaks Out Near Disney World In Orlando [PHOTOS]

Orlando is clearly still reeling from the domestic terror attack that took the life of 49 people and injured another 53 at the Pulse nightclub in the early hours of Sunday, but the city is not getting a respite today with the Orlando Fire Department presently responding to a large fire near Disney World presently.

At first it was believed that the fire broke out at Wet n’ Wild which has the distinction of being the longest operated water park in the United States though this is a bit contentious as I’m near certain I’ve been in a water park well before that.

Now, it appears that that the fire broke out at a construction site that houses the water slides for Volacano Bay, another water park that is being added to Universal Orlando resort.

It’s now being reported that the fire has not only been contained but largely extinguished by the eight fire trucks that rushed to the scene according to the city’s fire department.
