Smartphones are ubiquitous in today’s modern world and seemingly there is an app for almost everything. Many offline and brick and mortar retailers might think that there are no apps relevant to them but there most certainly are. Apps are definitely plentiful but it’s important to note that there are many apps available that are very poor both in design and functionality.
