Microsoft was supposed to roll out Windows 10 Mobile this month. But the company disappointed thousands of Windows Phone users when it said the mobile version of Windows 10 would not arrive until “early next year to select Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1 users.” It means the update may arrive anytime in January, February or March 2016. And it will begin to roll out to “select users.” Most existing users will have to wait until mid- or late-2016 before they would get the much-awaited update.

If you want to get Windows 10 Mobile at the earliest, you may have to join the Windows Insider program or buy the new Lumia 950 or 950XL.
