Nov. 4 — U.S. Representative Brad Sherman, a California Democrat, said Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen can stay on God’s path by waiting until springtime to raise interest rates. Speaking at a House Financial Services Committee hearing in Washington, Sherman more seriously went on to tell Yellen that he’s worried about the risks if the Fed lifts off too early and then has to return to zero, among other issues.
