The Canadian smartphone maker is offering flat $100 discount on the limited edition red Passport in the U.S. and $125 off in Canada. That means you can buy the red BlackBerry Passport for $599 (down from the usual $699) in the U.S. and $674 (down from the usual $799) in Canada.
The offer runs through February 16
BlackBerry has further sweetened the deal for those looking to buy the black and white color options. U.S. buyers can purchase the black or white Passport for just $499, a flat $200 off the regular price of $699. Canadian shoppers get only $125 off the regular price on these color variants. The black and white color Passport can be yours for $574 each in Canada.

BlackBerry said in a blog post that the red Passport is the perfect color for the productive professionals who value performance, power and style. This Valentine’s Day, the limited edition red Passport is the perfect way to show your appreciation for someone you love, the company added.
BlackBerry Passport is a powerful device
Launched in September 2014, BlackBerry Passport is a powerful smartphone with physical QWERTY keypad. The device features a 4.5-inch square IPS LCD display with 453ppi pixel density. It sports a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, Adreno 330GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage expandable up to 128GB. It has a 13MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization, a 2MP front camera, and a huge 3450mAh battery.
Passport was named the “most exciting smartphone” in a consumer survey conducted by The Verge. About 35% of the 26,000 respondents had voted in favor of BlackBerry Passport, helping it beat the iPhone 6, HTC Desire 820, Galaxy Alpha, Moto X, and Lumia 830.
BlackBerry shares rose 0.95% to $9.96 at 10:30 AM EST on Thursday.
