Google has posted another update on the service disruption affecting Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides. The search giant says it is still investigating and promises another update by 4:30 Eastern.

Google updated its Apps Status Dashboard to say that it will provide an update on the issues with Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides at 2:30 Eastern. At that time, the search giant expects to provide details about when the issue will be resolved. In the meantime, Google is continuing to investigate the issues.
Websites like Is It Down Right Now report that they’re able to successfully ping Google Drive and the other affected services. However, they also note that there are a lot of reports from users who have reported problems with Google services.
Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) (NASDAQ:GOOG) is investing some reported problems with Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides. The company’s App Status Dashboard shows a disruption on all four services, and it didn’t take long for complaints about the disruption to start pouring onto Twitter.
Users who are having problems with these Google services are receiving a 500 server error. Google said that it is “investigating reports of an issue with Google Drive.”
