Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Specs Revealed by AnTuTu

Updated on

Samsung will officially take the wraps off its Galaxy Note 4 phablet on September 3 at the Unpacked Event Episode 2. The event will be held in Berlin, New York and Beijing at the same time. However, the device has seen its fair share of rumors and leaks in the past few weeks. Though we already know many of the features of the Galaxy Note 4, these features hadn’t yet seen confirmation from a reliable source.

Galaxy Note 4 pays a visit to the AnTuTu benchmark site

But a reliable source has revealed most of the specs of the Galaxy Note 4. Samsung’s highly anticipated device recently paid a visit to the AnTuTu benchmark site. The benchmark image was obtained by Mobifo. Samsung has historically increased the display size of its Note series with each new model. But the company has decided not to add inches to the screen this time.

AnTuTu suggests that the Galaxy Note 4 will have a 5.7-inch QHD display with a resolution of 1440 x 2560. That translates to an impressive pixel density of more than 500. The benchmark says the device will feature an Exynos 5433 processor with the ARM Mali T760 GPU handling graphics. But the Galaxy Note 4 will come in two versions. Another variant will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset.

Galaxy Note 4 to be priced at $813?

What’s more, AnTuTu says the forthcoming phablet will have 15.8MP main camera and 3.68MP front shooter. Previously, there were reports that the Note 4 will sport a 13MP camera. It will have 16GB internal storage, shows AnTuTu. But there is a fairly good chance that Samsung will launch the phone in 32GB and 64GB storage variants as well. The Galaxy Note 4 will be powered by 3GB RAM and run the Android 4.4.4 out of the box.

A few days ago, Indonesian online retailer Erafone spilled the beans with a dedicated Galaxy Note 4 product page on its website. The e-commerce company described the phone in full detail. Most of those specifications have already been uncovered by the rumor mill. But it did reveal the price of the Galaxy Note 4: $813. Erafone later removed that product page from its website. Samsung didn’t comment on the matter.
