Note 4 is expected to feature 3GB RAM, and 16GB, 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. The iPhone 6 will reportedly have 16GB, 32GB and 64GB built-in storage. Latest reports suggest that Apple’s device will also come with 128GB storage.
