ORDER

On August 6, 2014, counsel for the Freddie Mac / Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp (OTCBB:FMCC) sent a letter to the court regarding the above-captioned case. Freddie Mac’s counsel copied all counsel of record on the letter, such that they received notice of it. Typically, the court would return correspondence that is not filed by counsel of record and that is not filed with the Clerk’s Office. It is apparent from the letter that Freddie Mac’s counsel was not attempting to do anything improper when submitting it to the court.

Thus, in this instance, the court will allow leave to file the letter on the docket. The court advises that in the future, though, all submissions shall be filed by counsel of record and with the Clerk’s Office, pursuant to Rules 5(d) and 83.1(c) of the Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
