Xbox One Set To Launch In Asian Countries On Sept 23

Finally, here’s some good news for gamers in selected Asian countries. Microsoft has confirmed that its Xbox One gaming console will go on sale in Asian countries like Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Taiwan, starting from September 23. This means that those who’re thinking to buy the latest and greatest offering from Microsoft will still need to wait for 3 more months, approx.

Xbox One pricing in Asian countries

As per the prices obtained by CNET, the Xbox One will retail for HK$3,380 ($436), INR 39,990 ($675), S$639 ($510), and NT$12,980 ($432) without the Kinect. Of course, the version bundled with Kinect will be more expensive.

The new Xbox One gaming console with come with 14 days of free Xbox Live Gold and a wireless controller, just like the Western countries.

As per CNET, Xbox One will launch in Japan on September 2. In China also, the console will be launched in September, though there’s no confirmed date yet. The console will be launched in more Asian countries later this year.
