highest point of regulation right now

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) his best investment and thinks it is one of the best run companies in the world

Banks are playing defense every day, and young aspiring people don’t want to go to banks for this reason

Why does the NYT even publish a Sunday paper, its terrible and politics are awful

Lennar investing in $4B in apartments because young people can’t get a home, so they rent. Institutions buying apartments and renting them out

America’s best years are ahead of it

The ACA will NOT have a happy ending (Ken is head of major medicial insitute)

The more positive you think about your self, you can succeed at a higher level – go out and volunteer and give back your time, get involved, make a difference.  You will feel better about yourself giving your time, and getting NOTHING in return.

We give billions of dollars to people in this country that do absolutely nothing, BUT yet we can’t serve and help wounded warriors.  We shouldn’t have to parade around young men with their face blown off, just to raise money, they should be taken care of by every American becausethey were injured serving YOU!

Make time for someone else, and you will gain!!

Great speaker, very humorous and engaging
