Despite issues with the smartphone’s camera, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (LON:BC94) (KRX:005930)’s latest product is still a winner. The Galaxy S5 features a design similar to the device’s predecessor. The current device features a design that is broader around the edges, but the bezel is not as thin as it was on the S4.

Galaxy S5’s best features

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is well put together. The device does not produce creaking plastic noises when pressure is applied. The device has also many notable features including Private Mode. This allows users to hide any file on the phone. This prevents others from accessing private files on your smartphone. Users can still access their private files on smartphones via File Manager. Another cool feature of the S5 is the the fingerprint scanner. Users can set the scanner to recognize up to three fingers, which could be those of the user or trusted family members.

The heart rate monitor is another feature worth noting. This feature is designed to work with the S Health app, which can also be used to track diets and monitor calories.
