Its ownership disclosed in the regulatory filing consists of 32,165,227 shares of common stock of Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) held by Institutional Associates Fund, LLC (IAF), 16,684,593 shares of common stock held by RTLC II and 619,940 shares of common stock held by client accounts to which it serves as investment advisor.
J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc serves as investment advisor for DGF, a majority member of RTLC and RTLC II, both are member-managed limited liability companies. The investment advisors disclaims beneficial ownership of shares held by IAF, which is required to obtain consent from RTLC in order to make certain dispositions in securities.
13G filing amended
The investment advisor filed an amendment to its regulatory filing to correctly report the amount of shares in Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) for which it has a sole voting power and sole dispositive power. The amended 13G filing also reflects the correct sole voting power and sole dispositive power of JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association.
According to J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., its 13G filing date February 14, 2012 incorrectly attributed 88,100 shares to its sole voting power and sole dispositive power. The investment advisor clarified that those shares should have been attributed to sole voting power and sole dispositive power of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM, National Association, which beneficially owned 190,259 shares or 0.1% in Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR).
