Daily Gains Spell Friday Hat-Trick for Soros

Closing out the week on top are Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE:JNPR), Angie’s List Inc (NASDAQ:ANGI) and FleetMatics Group PLC (NYSE:FLTX). On the losing end are JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS), Adecoagro SA (NYSE:AGRO) and Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:IDIX).

Soros wins with all three gainers

First on our midday gainers list today is Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE:JNPR), which shot up +7.61%. Billionaire George Soros owns 292,000 shares of the internet solutions provider, representing 0.15% of his portfolio. Ray Dalio holds an additional 291,000 shares, acquired at an average price of $20.52 each.

Following Juniper Networks Inc. is  Angie’s List Inc (NASDAQ:ANGI). Its share price increased +4.36% to $16.99. According to his last 13F filing, Soros holds 1.5 million ANGI  assets – a 0.38% exposure. Soros has been increasing its position in the company since June 2012.

Third is FleetMatics Group PLC (NYSE:FLTX), the price of which surged +4.28% to hit $39.11. It looks like Soros has gone three for three today, as he owns 42,000 shares, purchased at an average $41.52.

Midday Losers

Topping off our midday losers list today is JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (NYSE:JKS), which dropped -10.86% to $30.13. Guru George Soros owns 121,000 shares of the company, acquired at an average $15.77 each and composing 0.03% of his portfolio.

Second is Adecoagro SA (NYSE:AGRO), its share price falling -9.02% to $7.16. With 26 million shares, Soros lost here as well.

Last up is Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:IDIX), which dropped -8.16% today. Seth Klarman owns 39.8 million shares of the company, having been increasing his position since June 2011. The billionaire has acquired his stocks at an average price of $5.41 per share.
