ChargePoint, operator of the world’s largest and most open EV charging network has partnered with BMW for the new all-electric i3 and will be offering test drives to media during the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. ChargePoint’s network is fully integrated into the ConnectedDrive navigation system of the BMW i3, and through the BMW i Remote mobile app. All BMW i3 owners will be provided ChargeNow cards – giving them immediate access to the more than 14,500 stations on ChargePoint’s growing network. ChargePoint has partnered with BMW and multiple other auto-makers in an effort to create a more seamless driving experience.
