With tear-filled eyes, he tells her how the partition divided them as Yousuf ended up on the Pakistan side of the border and Suman’s grandfather ended up in India after the division.

But Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) comes to the rescue as Suman gets on the Internet to search for her grandfather’s friend Yousuf. She uses some of the details from his story to figure out where Yousuf’s current home in Lahore is. After searching through Google, she ends up finding Yousuf and also his grandson Ali.
