Steps to fix iMessage failure Issue in iOS 7

So right now you can do two things; either you can wait for Apple to fix this problem in an upcoming software update (iOS 7.0.3) or you can follow the below method, which might possibly fix this problem:

Step 1: Deactivate iMessage from Settings > iMessage

Step 2: Next, reset your networking settings by browsing to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Networking Settings. Note that when you do this, you’ll have to re-enter the saved network keys.

Step 3: Enable iMessage again.

Some users have claimed that this method worked great for them, and solved their problem. If this doesn’t fix your problem, then the last resort would be to turn off your device and then turn it back on again.
