
A 10-vehicle collision in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Boeing Field this morning has left up to 15 people injured and backed up traffic nearly 15 miles.
Washington Department of Transportation officials said over Twitter that the northbound lanes of I-5 are completely shut down because of the crash.

A 25-year-old passenger in a car that went off the roadway was critically hurt. After the man was pulled from the car that was found in blackberry bushe, he was taken to Harborview Medical Center. He he suffered a head injury, said Seattle Fire Department spokesman Kyle Moore.
The crash occurred at 6:40 a.m. Friday and quickly backed up rush hour traffic for 14 miles to Federal Way.
