(NYSE:DRC), while it sold out its entire positions in Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ENR) and Weatherford International Ltd (NYSE:WFT).

Atlantic Investment major new positions
Audio products and electronic systems company Harman International Industries Inc./DE/ (NYSE:HAR) was the biggest new addition to Atlantic Investment’s portfolio during the quarter ended June 30th 2013. It purchased 2,150,000 shares of the company for $1.16 billion. Harman International now represents 10.86 percent of its portfolio.
Another big new addition was Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (NYSE:DRC). Atlantic Investment purchased 257,516 shares for $15.44 million, representing 1.44 percent of its portfolio.
Atlantic Investment also acquired 400,000 shares of Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE:DAN) for $7.70 million representing 0.72 percent of its portfolio.
Top positions
Owens-Illinois Inc (NYSE:OI) is the biggest holding of Atlantic Investment as of June 30th, representing 21.34 percent of its portfolio. The second largest holding was Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE:BHI), of which Atlantic Investment owns 4,300,000 shares for $198.35 million representing 18.48 percent of its portfolio. Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE:OIS) is the third largest holding of the asset management firm where it held 1,600,000 shares for $148.22 million representing 13.81 percent of its portfolio.
Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ROC) and Ashland Inc. (NYSE:ASH) occupy the fourth and fifth position among the top positions for Atlantic Investment, wherein the asset management firm held 13.12 percent and 12.45 percent of its overall portfolio respectively.
Sold out positions
Atlantic Investment sold out its entire stake in Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ENR) The asset management firm owned 1,311,000 shares of Energizer at the beginning of the previous quarter. It represented 11.98 percent of Atlantic Investment’s total portfolio. The asset management firm also closed its position in Weatherford International Ltd (NYSE:WFT) by selling all the 2,036,829 shares of the company it owned.
Another major position closed during the quarter was National-Oilwell Varco, Inc. (NYSE:NOV) by selling 279,085 shares. Atlantic Investment also sold out its entire holding Towers Watson & Co (NYSE:TW) wherein the asset management company held 82,420 shares representing 0.52 percent of its overall portfolio at the beginning of the previous quarter.
