Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (BAH)

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE:BAH) provides management and technology consulting services in the United States. Its services enable clients to address various challenges, such as combating global terrorism, improving cyber capabilities, transforming the healthcare system, improving efficiency and managing change within the government, and protecting the environment. Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE:BAH) was founded in 1914 and is headquartered in McLean, Virginia.

The consensus is calling for earnings of $0.40 this quarter down from year-over-year earnings of $0.46. For the fiscal year, earnings are anticipated at $1.56 per share after the year prior saw earnings of $1.65.

Revenue is expected to come in at $1.41 billion down a touch from sales of $1.43 billion for the corresponding quarter. For the fiscal year, sales are anticipated at $5.64 down 2% from the year prior when revenue was $5.76 billion.

Burger King Worldwide Inc (BKW)

Burger King Worldwide Inc (NYSE:BKW), together with its subsidiaries, operates and franchises fast food hamburger restaurants, primarily under the Burger King brand worldwide. As of December 31, 2012, it operated 7,293 franchise restaurants and 183 company restaurants in the United States and Canada; 2,989 franchise restaurants and 132 company restaurants in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; 1,290 franchise and 100 company restaurants in Latin America and the Caribbean; and 1,007 franchise and 3 company restaurants in the Asia Pacific. The company also franchises and operates its restaurants under the Hungry Jack?s brand in Australia. Burger King Worldwide Inc (NYSE:BKW) was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.

Despite worker strikes in seven cities today, Burger King has been trading up all day today.

The consensus is calling for quarterly earnings of $0.19 versus year-over-year earnings of $0.17. For the fiscal year, expect earnings of $0.80 versus earnings of $0.69 per share the year prior.

Sales for the quarter are anticipated at $321.24 million compared to $540.80 year-over year, a drop of over 40%. For the fiscal year, a drop of 36.5% in sales is expected. Revenue is anticipated at $1.25 billion compared to the year prior when sales were $1.97 billion.

Mastercard Inc (MA)

Mastercard Inc (NYSE:MA), together with its subsidiaries, provides transaction processing and other payment-related services in the United States and internationally. The company’s payment solutions include payment programs, product development, payment processing technology, payment security, consulting, and information services and marketing, as well as loyalty and rewards solutions.

Mastercard Inc (NYSE:MA) gained nearly $6.00 in trading today, up a full percentage point at close where it got within a dollar of its 52-week high.

The consensus estimate is $6.32 per share, up from earnings of $5.65 per share a year ago. Over the past month, the consensus estimate has risen from $6.31, but it’s below the estimate of $6.36 from three months ago. Analysts are expecting earnings of $25.46 per share for the fiscal year compared to earnings of  $22.04 the year prior. Revenue is projected to be $2 billion for the quarter, 10% above the year-earlier total of $1.82 billion. For the year, revenue is projected to come in at $8.17 billion up 10.6% from sales of $7.39 billion the year prior.

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (LVLT)

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NYSE:LVLT), together with its subsidiaries, operates as a facilities-based provider of a range of integrated communications services primarily in North America, Latin America, and Europe. The company provides core network services, including transport services comprising wavelengths, private lines, transoceanic services, and dark fiber, as well as related professional services; and colocation and data center services, such as cloud, hosting, and application management solutions.

Earnings for the quarter are expected to remain in the red and see a loss of $0.08 compared to a loss of $0.29 year-over-year. For the fiscal year, a loss of $0.32 is expected, up considerably from a loss of $1.92 the year prior.

Revenue is expected at $1.59 billion the same as the corresponding quarter past. For the fiscal year, revenue is anticipated at $6.39 billion, up a hair over the year before when sales were $6.38 billion.

Huntsman Corporation (HUN)

Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) and its subsidiaries engage in the manufacture and sale of differentiated organic and inorganic chemical products worldwide. The company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects, and Pigments.

Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN) had a great day in anticipation of tomorrow’s earnings showing a stock gain of over 2%.

Earnings are expected at $0.39 for the quarter down from $0.58 year-over-year. For the fiscal year, earnings are expected $2.82 billion compared to sales of $2.91 billion, a drop of just over 3%. For the fiscal year, sales are anticipated at $11.14 billion compared to last year’s sales of $11.19 billion.
