Several companies including Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD), Dole Food Company, Inc. (NYSE:DOLE), Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR), and Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) are scheduled to report quarterly financial performance on Thursday, July 18.

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Earnings Estimates

The expectations of Wall Street analysts for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) for its second quarter earnings results are not so good. Analysts projected that the company will experience -$0.12 losses per share compared with its $0.06 earnings per share (EPS) in the same period last year. Its revenue for the quarter is expected to decline by 21% year-over-year to $1.11 billion.

For fiscal 2013, analysts anticipate that Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) will incur -$0.21 losses per share and its revenue will be around $4.78 billion.

Dole Food Company (DOLE)

Analysts do not have good projections for Dole Food Company, Inc. (NYSE:DOLE) for the second quarter. The company’s revenue and earnings per share (EPS) are expected to decline by -36% and -86%, respectively from its financial results in the same quarter in 2012. Analysts estimate that Dole will have $1.10 billion in revenue and $0.11 EPS.

For the full fiscal year, analysts estimated that Dole Food Company, Inc. (NYSE:DOLE) will deliver $4.24 billion revenue and $0.44 EPS.

Danaher Corporation (DHR)

Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR), a company engaged in designing and manufacturing consumer, industrial, medical, and professional products is expected to report a solid earnings result for the second quarter. Analysts expect the company’s earnings per share to increase by 5% to $0.85. During the same period a year ago, Dole reported $0.81 EPS. Its revenue is expected to be around $4.72 billion, an increase of 4% from $4.55 billion revenue a year ago.

For fiscal 2013, analysts estimated that Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR) will be able to deliver $3.41 EPS on $18.99 billion revenue. The majority of analysts recommended a Buy rating for the stock.

Ericsson (ERIC)

Meanwhile, Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) is expected to report $8.36 billion revenue and $0.18 earnings per share for the second quarter, up by 4.5% and 63.6%, respectively.

For fiscal 2013, analysts estimated that Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) will generate a revenue of $34.98 billion and $0.78 earnings per share. A majority of analysts covering the stock have positive convictions, and suggest an Outperform rating with an average price target of $12.86 per share.
