The company is expected to close a deal with rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z, which can be worth $20 million.  According to a source, Jay Z is looking forward to come out with a new kind of music streaming service to make popular his act and music on cell phones.

Jay Z will do this as a part of a deal with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (LON:BC94) (KRX:005930). However, the main terms of the agreement will not include any such point. According to 9to5Google, the expertise and intelligence with which Jay Z has been able to achieve the status in the various segments, such as Rocawear clothing, and his successful and expanding Roc Nation Sports agency will also help Samsung to achieve some more edge in their already powerful advertising segment.

The steps in the past few years taken by Jay Z include pulling the entire stake from Brooklyn nets and establishing his own talent agency known as Roc Nation Sports. The Roc Nation sports have already made some vital contracts. Jay Z also transferred his music label from Sony to Universal. Jay Z started Made in America, which is a big music festival. He is also the executive producer of the Great Gatsby.

The massive deals for the Carter-Knowles family are not new. The contract, which Beyonce has done with PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE:PEP), also requires Beyonce to appear for promotion and ad campaigns. As per the agreement Pepsi also has a share in the creative activities of Beyonce.
