These days, smart watches are gaining more popularity all thanks to Kickstarter. Last year, we’ve seen Pebble smartwatch funded with Kickstarter, and as per rumors Apple, Samsung, Microsoft and Google too are working on their own smart watches.
A new smart watch project has been launched on Kickstarter. The new watch is named as AGENT which is a joint creation of Secret Labs and House of Horology. This next generation watch comes with world-class developer tools, unparalleled battery life and Qi wireless charging.
Like other smart watches, you can switch from one watchface to another with the press of a button so that it matches your style or your mood. You can also download additional watchfaces through your smartphone.
AGENT smart watch connects to your smartphone using Bluetooth which enables you to control your music library and also acts as a wrist-based display for smartphone apps. The watch displays incoming calls and notifications. And it vibrates to let you know when you’ve accidentally left your phone behind.
AGENT uses a new 1.28″ Sharp Memory Display which combines the best aspects of both technologies: fast animations; high clarity outdoor-readable display; and ultra-low (~20uA) power consumption. The watch comes with Qi wireless charging which means you simply need to put your watch on a Qi charging pad to recharge the battery.
