Toggle SBSettings Actions To On/Off Using Slide To Unlock Slider

Updated on

Cydia store comes with many amazing jailbreak tweaks, which only a jailbroken device can install. One of these amazing tweaks is the SBSettings, which somewhat resembles the Android notifications screen.

It provides a quick toggle to many different functions like WiFi, Bluetooth, Data, and more. For example; you just need to tap on WiFi to enable or disable it. The SBSettings tweak definitely makes life easier.

While the SBSettings tweak itself works great, you can also try out a new tweak named Dragi, which allows you to use the lock screen’s slider to trigger custom actions. This is a superb concept by the developers as it works great.

Let’s say you want to turn off your WiFi or 3G connection, but instead of doing it manually, this app will enable or disable it when you unlock your device.

To configure this tweak, go to the Settings app and then you can set it to toggle option by sliding all the way to the right when unlocking, and another option is to toggle the option by sliding it only halfway to the right.

You don’t need to configure each setting, but you can configure only the required settings. For example; you can tap on “Drag full” and then toggle on 3G, Bluetooth, Location, etc. Tap on “Drag more than half” and then configure it to toggle on SSH, WiFi, etc.

It might seem complicated at first, but once you start using it, you’ll know how powerful it is. Dragi is free to download from the BigBoss repo. It requires user to install SBSettings in order to work.

If you’re on a jailbroken device and if you don’t have SBSettings, then you’re missing out a big chunk. Try it out and let us know your opinion on this tweak.
