Economists Robert Shiller and Karl Case, co-creators of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values in 20 U.S. cities, talk about the housing market and Federal Reserve monetary policy. The S&P/Case-Shiller index increased 0.5 percent in June from a year earlier, the first gain since September 2010. Shiller and Case speak with Tom Keene and Ken Prewitt on Bloomberg Radio’s “Surveillance.” (Source: Bloomberg)
